Quotes and pricing

Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and may be adjusted after an on-site assessment of the property, its condition, and access. We will confirm any change with you before starting work.

Scheduling and access

You agree to provide safe access to the areas to be serviced, including water and power where needed. If we cannot access the property at the scheduled time, we may need to reschedule.

Satisfaction guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with a completed service, contact us within a reasonable time and we will return to make it right, consistent with our guarantee.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late or unpaid balances may be subject to collection as permitted by law.

Liability

Window Wizards is licensed and insured (CSLB #1135537). We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, or conditions disclosed or discovered during service. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
