Meet Will Downing, our owner and a graduate of Maranatha High School with a degree in Business Ethics from UMass Amherst. Rooted in the San Gabriel Valley, Will moved on from a career in tech sales, where he had little control over customer service. Today he puts that same integrity into giving every customer the best experience possible, and into serving his community.
